Our programs make training convenient for all schedules. Group sessions are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. You choose your membership, you choose the program, you choose the day(s), and we do the rest.

If it's not practical, we don't teach it. At F.I.F.T.H. Quarter Performance, we believe training is much more than going through a set of drills for an allotted amount of time. We design our programs to teach athletes how to play the game, how to take care of their bodies and how to be efficient in what they do.

Our membership options make training affordable. We understand affordable is relative to the individual which is why we offer different memberships for your choice. Select memberships have incentives, benefits, and exclusives.
