Our programs make training convenient for all schedules. Group sessions start every hour-15 minutes* Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. You choose your package, you choose the program, you choose the days, you choose the times and we do the rest.

If it's not practical, we don't teach it. At F.I.F.T.H. Quarter Performance, we believe training is much more than going through a set of drills for an allotted amount of time. We design our programs to teach athletes how to play the game, how to take care of their bodies and how to be efficient in what they do.

Our monthly package options make the investment to train affordable. We understand affordable is relative to the individual which is why we offer different membership for your choice. Each membership has incentives, exclusives, and guarantees more "bang for your buck."

F.I.F.T.H. Quarter Performance is a faith-based sports performance brand that believes sports are a great tool to learn about life. We love to see our athletes excel in sports but our desire is to help teach them how to excel in life.
