HITT FITNESS GROUP CLASS
Our High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class is a dynamic and challenging workout that will push your limits and help you achieve your fitness goals. Our class is designed to combine intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods, keeping your heart rate elevated and burning calories long after the workout is over.
The class is led by two dynamic coaches, Coach Carmen and Coach Miranda, who will guide you through a variety of exercises such as bodyweight movements, plyometrics, and cardio drills to target all major muscle groups and boost your overall fitness. With a mix of strength and cardio training, HIIT FITNESS will help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve your endurance.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our class is suitable for all fitness levels. Our instructors will provide modifications and progressions to accommodate your fitness level and ensure you get the most out of the class.

Spice up your workout and let the good times roll with our monthly Zydeco Fitness Class. Experience the infectious rhythm and upbeat tempo of this unique music genre while burning calories having a good time.
