4 Levels Of Development
LEVEL 1 BEGINNER:
Sport-Specific Training - For beginners to learn fundamental components of the game.
LEVEL 2 FOUNDATION:
Sport-Specific Training - Learn all fundamental sport-specific skills, and establish building blocks for overall skill level. 70% of the time is spent on fundamental training and 30% of the time is spent on live game repetition.
Performance Training - For beginners to learn fundamental athletic principles and build athletic base. We lay the foundation for strength, running mechanics, power development and overall athleticism.
LEVEL 3 ADVANCED:
Sport-Specific Training - Further develop overall sport-specific skills. Consolidate sport-specific skills towards the end of the level and improve over-all game IQ. Develop competitive edge mindset. 60% of the time is spent on skills training and 40% on game repetition.
Performance Training - Further build athletic base, perfect running mechanics, and master power development. Introduce sport nutrition and injury prevention practices.
LEVEL 4 ELITE LEVEL:
Maximize fitness and competition preparation as well as individual and position-specific skills. Optimize competitive edge and body maintenance.
