5 Levels Of Development

 

LEVEL 1-Introductory:

Designed for beginners and first time athletes of our program to learn fundamental components of the game. 

LEVEL 2-FOUNDATION: 

Learn all fundamental sport-specific skills, and establish building blocks for overall skill level. 80% of the time is spent on fundamental training and 20% of the time is spent on game repetition.

LEVEL 3-Skilled:

Further develop overall sport-specific skills. Consolidate sport-specific skills towards the end of the level and improve over-all game IQ. Develop competitive edge mindset. 70% of the time is spent on skills training and 30% on game repetition.

LEVEL 4-Intermediate:

Continue to fine tune sport-specific skills while primarily focusing on connecting the dots for in game IQ. Learn to "think" basketball, not solely play basketball. 60% of the time is spent on skills training and 40% of the time on game repetition. 

LEVEL 5-Developed:

Maximize fitness and competition preparation as well as individual and position-specific skills. Optimize competitive edge and body maintenance. 50% of the time is spent on skills training and 50% of the time on game repetition.
