Daija Anthony

Coach Daija is a Lufkin High School alumni where she was a four-year (2011-2014) varsity starter for the Lady Panther Volleyball team. In addition to her high school career, Coach Daija played club volleyball for 6 years which really ignited her love for the game.

Coach Daija's love for the game encouraged her to share her knowledge with developing volleyball players. She started her coaching experience as a volunteer for the Lufkin Volley Divas her freshman year and later became a club volleyball coach. Before COVID hit, Coach Daija was leading her club team to nationals, an accomplishment many don't get to experience.

Coach Daija is a certified USA Volleyball Coach and is well equipped to coach your daughter to the next level of play. Her greatest desire as a coach is to help athletes be better on and off the court.

In addition to coaching, Coach Daija is a wife and the mother of two very talented young men.
