FQP Sports performance Training

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING is designed to help athletes improve their athletic performance by enhancing their speed, agility, explosiveness and overall athleticism.

the sessions are suitable for athletes of all sports and are in 3rd - 11th grade. We use a combination of dynamic warm-ups, strength training, plyometrics, and speed and agility drills to help you build power, quickness, and coordination.

Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping each athlete achieve their goal. whether you're looking to improve your performance on the field or court, enhance your fitness level, or just have fun while getting in shape. We create a positive and supportive environment that encourages teamwork, camaraderie, and personal growth.
