FQP Sports performance Training

Sports Performance Training is designed to help athletes improve their athletic performance by enhancing their speed, agility, explosiveness and overall athleticism.

Session are semi-private and are suitable for athletes of all sports and are in 6rd - 12th grade. We use a combination of dynamic warm-ups, strength training, plyometrics, and speed & agility drills to help athletes be more powerful, quick, and coordinated.

Our experienced coaches are dedicated to helping each athlete achieve their goal. Whether you're looking to improve your performance on the field or court, our sports performance program will help you reach your desired goal.
