The class is led by two dynamic coaches, Coach Caroline and Coach Miranda, who will guide you through a variety of exercises such as bodyweight movements, plyometrics, resistance training and cardio movements to target all major muscle groups and boost your overall fitness. With a mix of strength and cardio training, HIIT FITNESS will help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve your endurance.
