At FQP, our summer programs are built to develop and help athletes grow in skill, knowledge, strength, and confidence. This summer we will offer a youth development league, basketball training, strength & performance development, and camps; all in a structured, positive environment that also emphasizes discipline and character.All Girl’s Basketball Camp
Take your game to the next level at our all-girls basketball camp designed to build confidence, sharpen skills, and develop strong leaders on and off the court. Athletes will receive high-energy instruction focused on ball handling, shooting, defense, footwork, basketball IQ, strength, and team development in a positive and empowering environment.
Whether you’re just starting your basketball journey or preparing for the next level of competition, this camp is built to challenge and inspire female athletes of all skill levels.

Vertical Performance Program
Our Vertical Program is designed for athletes 14+ looking to increase jump height, speed, and overall performance, perfect for volleyball and basketball players.
Train Monday through Wednesday in a focused, high-intensity environment that develops strength, mobility, and elite-level explosiveness.
Schedule: Mon–Wed | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Dates: June 8 – July 29
Investment: Starting at $219/month + $25 enrollment
Youth Performance Training
Develop speed, agility, and strength for any sport. This program is designed to build a strong athletic foundation for youth athletes looking to improve overall performance.
Focused on movement, coordination, and functional strength to help athletes excel in any sport.
Schedule: 10 - 11 year Olds | Mon - Wed | 6:00 - 7:00p
12 - 14 | Mon - Wed | 5:00 – 6:00p

Hoop Lab
More than training, this is a system for real basketball development. Hoop Lab is built to help athletes grow their skills, decision-making, and confidence over time, not just get reps.
Athletes train Monday through Wednesday with a strong focus on fundamentals, footwork, ball handling, and game IQ, then apply what they’ve learned in structured 3v3 play on Thursdays. This combination ensures players are not just practicing, but actually developing.
Parents can choose 2–3 training days per week for flexibility while still keeping development the priority.
Ages & Times:
13–14 yrs: 9:30 – 11:00 AM | Mon - Thur
15–16 yrs: 2:30 – 4:00 PM | Mon - Thur

SUMMER CAMPS
This summer, give your athlete the opportunity to elevate their game. Camps are designed for athletes ages 10–13, focusing on building complete basketball players through high-energy instruction, competitive drills, and game-speed development.
Each session is built to improve:
Fundamental skill development
Decision making under pressure
Live competition experience
Basketball performance and confidence
Whether your child is looking to sharpen fundamentals or gain a competitive edge, this camp series is designed to help players improve every aspect of their game.
