current program
youth performance training
Our 6-week Youth Performance Training Program is designed to help young athletes develop the physical foundation they need for long-term success in sports.
Rather than specializing in one sport, this program focuses on developing the complete athlete through age-appropriate training in speed, strength, agility, coordination, balance, jumping, landing, deceleration, and change of direction.
Athletes will learn how to move efficiently, control their bodies, and develop proper training habits while building confidence in a structured and encouraging environment.
At FQP, we believe young athletes benefit from learning how to train before simply being pushed to train harder.
Our approach emphasizes Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) by building movement quality and physical abilities that can continue progressing as athletes grow.
